Godfrey Isingoma
Godfrey is a monitoring, evaluation, research and learning specialist with a result driven approach in development and implementation of robust project measurement and learning systems that provide timely and sufficient information for informed program decision making. His experience spans over programs delivering support in thematic areas that largely include inclusive economic growth, financial inclusion, agriculture, clean energy, nutrition, women economic empowerment, refugee assistance, education, and environmental protection among others.
Godfrey has extended his work and/or support to project planning and management, grant management, advocacy for policy change, strategic planning and program design, systems strengthening, market systems development approaches, gender mainstreaming – inclusion and diversity programs, and institutional knowledge management and learning.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning: 15+ years of development and management of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems of large private sector and social development programs in Uganda across thematic areas of financial inclusion, agriculture, green energy, nutrition, health, youth and women economic empowerment, education, water and sanitation, and environmental protection, among others.
Research: 15+ quantitative and qualitative studies in form of baseline, end evaluation, programme review, and impact assessments of projects/programmes in various thematic programmes.
